Paper laminator

Computerized high-speed laminating, up to 12,000 sheets per hour (paper length 700mm).

Chuanliu type paper feeding nozzle, the nozzle is equipped with 4 sets of “forward suction nozzles” and 2 sets of “up down suction nozzles”.

Fidelity seat: E-type low-table stacking board design, can be laminated paper with a trailer truck into position; can be equipped with an optional track to assist the pre-stacking stacking table.

Glue coating device: Using multiple sets of inductors to know the relative position of the bottom line forward, the servo motors on both sides of the face paper make independent transportation to compensate for the alignment of the upper and lower paper, accurate and smooth.

Full-featured electronic control system: Applying human-machine interface and PLC program light signal display, it can automatically detect the condition, abnormal display and work record at , and the electrical planning symbol is CE standard at .

Paper collection mechanism: Optional loose paper structure can shake the overlapped and pressed finished products before pushing them together to ensure the neat and smooth paper collection.

Adopting PLC control system, the electrical structure is simplified, which makes the control stable and reliable. Adopt imported Schneider frequency conversion speed control system to realize non-stop stepless speed change. The working status is automatically displayed, fault automatic alarm, automatic machine. Fidelity paper feeding adopts flush paper stopper cam mechanism, paper distance control is stable and precise when overlapping paper walking.

Top page feeding mechanism part

Equipped with a high-speed automatic dedicated paper feeder, the paper lifting and feeding nozzles can freely adjust the paper angle, ensuring fast and smooth delivery of thick or thin paper.

Stacking front

The paper before stacking improves efficiency without stopping the machine. Specially designed pre stack paper holder, saving time and effort.

Bottom Feed

Adopting imported servo motor electronic control system, combined with Korean HANIL suction belt to produce suction inverter, belt suction system, patented technology, ensuring smooth paper output of corrugated cardboard and easy operation.

Transmission Department

Adopting imported double toothed belt transmission and China Ciguang rotating tensioning device, ensuring accurate, stable, and low noise transmission.

Position System

Using multiple sets of photoelectric sensors in the relative position of the bottom paper, control the servo motors on both sides of the top paper to perform independent compensation actions, ensuring precise positioning of the top paper and bottom paper.

Rubber roller section

Stainless steel drum, never rusting, after narrow grinding, ensures minimal and even gluing. Clean the lower roller with water roller.
