Creasing machine

 

The plate rack is used to install and compose creasing and cutting knives, and it is installed on the plate frame plane and fixed by clamp plate Parallel guides on the left and right sides of the machine base support the moving platen, of which the upper guide sliders and lower guide sliders move back and forth on them. There is the safeguard stop rod equipped on the top of the machine base plane, the machine can be stopped immediately through the limit switcher of them.The control rack is located in the right side of the machine base upper plane, the control rack can be set on the available position and then is fixed, it can turn out when changing prints.

 

 

Moving platen One steel plate is set in the moving platen plane to settle card boards The eccentric gear sleeve is fixed onto two ends of the moving platen shaft, and is located by the gear locating plate , with the pinion it can adjust the working distance between the planes of moving platen and machine base There is the triangle safeguard rack on the top of the moving platen, push down the triangle safeguard rack, and then the machine can be stopped in time. Electromagnetic Clutch The disc type electromagnetic clutch is fixed on the transmission shaft, and its mechanical motion of sticking and falling off drive the transmission shaft to move or bake.The flywheel is used to store of free energy, and to reduce periodic velocity fluctuation of the machine so as to keep the working balance.The worm wheel and worm screw hand device is set up on one end of the transmission shaft to remove troubles during adjustment and dead halt.

 

Electrical Control Components The electrical appliance casing is set on the rear of machine base. The electrical control casing Is set on the right of machine base top. The electrical control casing equips the automatic recorder, the time delay adjuster, and five switches, which include power switch, start push button, creasing and cutting push button, stop push button and choose push button( the choose push button has three mode: SINGLE, CONTINUOUS, and DELAY The electrical wiring see  Electrical Schematic Diagram.
